Jwt Intelligence ha stilato una lista di fenomeni da tenere d’occhio nel 2013. La tecnologia fa da jolly
Dai viaggi alla tecnologia, dal cibo al retail passando per la sostenibiltà. In questi primi giorni dell’anno Jwt ha pubblicato la lista dei 100 fenomeni da tenere d’occhio durante il 2013: per andare in ordine alfabetico, dalle stampanti 3D utilizzate per costruire organi e tessuti biologici alla mania salutista e gourmet per lo yogurt greco che ha invaso gli Usa e sta evolvendo con l’apertura di numerosi punti vendita dedicati.
Visto che nulla si crea e nulla si distrugge, molti fenomeni sono semplicemente l’evoluzione delle tendenze che abbiamo visto affermarsi del 2012, vedi le soluzioni e ed m-commerce che allargano esponenzialmente i modi e i tempi del fare shopping; i servizi di crowsourced learning come Udemy, Sophia e Skillshare; abiti integrati con tecnologie smart e così via. Altri possono essere inscritti nei 10 trend indicati dall’agenzia a fine anno come le ‘appcessories’, l’importanza dell’analisi dei dati per predire comportamenti e pianificare offerte iper-personalizzate, le innovazioni che ibridano il retail classico con il digitale come ordinare la spesa online e andarla a ritirare nel negozio (Tesco ha istituito in UK con successo un servizio ad hoc per i pendolari, ma a dicembre – qui in Italia – ci hanno detto da Conad che un’iniziativa simile non ha dato i frutti sperati, ndr).
Comunque si legga l’elenco sotto riportato in ordine alfabetico emerge che è la tecnologia a fare da jolly. Ed è rivelatore di un sentimento comune, reazione all’ubiquità e all’essere multitasking imposti dalla tecnologia e spesso subìti, anche il fenomeno JOMO, joy of missing out, in contrapposizione alla FOMO, fear of missing out.
